 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated:22.08.2025

At Safeclue Private Limited, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality construction, renovation, and consulting services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

 1. Service Agreements

All services offered by Safeclue are governed by a separate written agreement/contract signed between Safeclue and the client. This policy applies in addition to the terms mentioned in individual project contracts.

 2. Cancellations

Before Project Commencement: If a client chooses to cancel a service before project commencement, cancellation must be requested in writing via email or official communication channels. Administrative charges and any initial costs already incurred (e.g., design work, permits, or procurement of materials) will be deducted.

After Project Commencement: Once work has started, cancellations are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional cases, Safeclue may consider partial cancellation after deducting costs for completed work, labor, materials, and associated overheads.

Ongoing Consultancy Services: Consultancy services (advisory, planning, design) once initiated are non-cancellable.

 3. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only in cases where services have not been initiated or if Safeclue is unable to deliver the agreed scope of services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items:

Consultancy fees once paid

Costs of procured materials or third-party services

Any government fees, permits, or statutory charges

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method, after deduction of applicable charges.

 4. Force Majeure

Safeclue shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen project site conditions.

 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate project requirements, timely approvals, and payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may lead to project delays or cancellation, in which case refunds will not be applicable.

 6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Balangir, Odisha, India.
